Where do you ship to?

All orders are shipped from our Slovakia HQ. We currently ship nationwide within Europe. Check out our full list of countries that qualify.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the country of delivery. You are informed about all the charges in the shopping basket, before you place your order.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) or Paypal.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, you do not need to create an account to purchase from the online store.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be successfully submitted upon receipt of payment.

When will my order be processed?

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email info@butikmoda.eu straight away referencing your order number and we will get back to you.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.
